Welcome to APA Pure Living
APA Pure Living is a small, family-run online shop based in the UK. It started with a simple idea: the everyday things in a home – the pan you cook in, the jar you keep your oats in, the towel by the bath, the chair you work in, the cup you drink your tea from – should be well made, pleasant to use and honestly described.
We are not a big brand. We are a family that spent a long time choosing the products we wanted for our own home, and then decided to share that selection with you.
What we look for
Every product in the shop is chosen by us, one by one, with the same questions in mind: Is it made from simple, familiar materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, glass, bamboo, wood, cotton or copper? Is it practical for daily use? Would we be happy to have it in our own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or home office? If the answer is no, it doesn't go in the shop.

Our promise
We would rather tell you plainly how we work than make promises we cannot keep:
- Honest descriptions. We describe each product by what it is, what it is made of and what it does. We don't make health claims, and we don't promise more than the product delivers.
- Carefully chosen suppliers. We don't manufacture the products ourselves. We select them from established manufacturers and suppliers, and many are sent to you directly from their warehouses, in the UK or abroad. That is why delivery times vary by product and are shown on each product page.
- Clear delivery and returns. Standard delivery to Great Britain is £3.99, and free on orders of £50 or more. Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 working days (6 to 12 for most Copper Ritual pieces), and each product page shows the time for that item. You can return unused items within 30 days, and our Refund Policy explains how.
- Real people to talk to. Questions before or after an order come to us, not to a call centre. Use the chat on the site, email us or get in touch, and a real person usually replies within one to two working days.
Thank you for visiting APA Pure Living. We hope you find something here that makes your home a little nicer to live in.
