Want to know where your parcel is? Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout (or your tracking number) on our tracking page and you will see the latest update from the courier.
How it works
- Order confirmation. As soon as you order, we send you a confirmation email with your order number.
- Dispatch. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (3 to 4 for items sent by smaller UK suppliers or from our UK fulfilment centre). When your parcel leaves the warehouse, we email you the tracking number.
- Delivery. How long it takes depends on where the item is stored: items held in our UK partner warehouses (most of the range) usually arrive 3 to 6 working days after you order; items sent directly by smaller UK suppliers take 5 to 10 working days (a few of them deliver to mainland Great Britain only, as shown on the product page); items from our UK fulfilment centre take 4 to 10 working days; and most Copper Ritual pieces take 6 to 12 working days. Good to know
- Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch, so if your tracking page is empty at first, please check again the next day.
- If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
- Can't find your order number? It is in your confirmation email, or in your account under Orders.
