A fine-mesh stainless steel basket that rests across a mug or teapot on two folding arms, for loose leaf tea brewed properly. The lid sits on top while it steeps, then turns over to become a little drip tray for the used leaves.
The basket is 7.2 cm across and 6.5 cm deep, room enough for the leaves to open up and give their full flavour. The arms fold out to 14.8 cm to sit on a wide mug or a teapot, and fold in again for the drawer.
Stainless steel takes on no flavour from one tea to the next, rinses clean and goes in the dishwasher.
