A tall 1.8 litre glass jug with a filter cartridge in the centre, made for keeping a jug of cold water ready in the fridge or on the dinner table. The faceted high-borosilicate glass body shows the water level at a glance, and the gold-tone handle gives a steady grip even when the jug is full.
Fill it through the flip-top lid: the water runs down through the composite carbon-fibre cartridge and collects in the jug, ready to pour. The cartridge lifts out for changing, and the guidance in the box suggests a fresh one roughly every 30 days with daily use. Use it with cold tap water only, never above 38 °C. Simple, good-looking and easier on the eye than a plastic jug on the table.
