Several grip positions, foam-covered handles and three hooks for resistance bands, in powder-coated steel rated to 120 kg.
Pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises and band work from one fitting in the garage or the spare room. The bar opens to 98 × 65 × 32 cm and folds back to the wall so the space is usable again. Fixings included; it needs a solid masonry wall, not plasterboard.
